Expansion and The Pathfinder & Rise of Tressarak expansion
The Pathfinder & Rise of Tressarak expansion is a supplement for the Conan RPG based on the Advanced Race Guide setting. It was released on 9 November 2011. The supplement expands the Advanced Race Guide universe and takes the races in different directions, including that of Khitai, Tolist, the Astral Human, the Dragonborn, the Enki, and the Khemri.
Setting
Pathfinder & Rise of Tressarak begins with the destruction of Krynn, and the loss of the Kinshra. The End of the Kinshra Age is ushered in by the emergence of the elementals. The elementals of the Dyrrachian Ophidian are not completely integrated, as their belief is that they are special beings, created by the goddess of life herself, Elturel. The elementals dwell in five large cities built along the borders of the forests. Each city represents a specific element: copper, lead, iron, fire, and earth.
While the elementals seek to settle the land, they have also been keeping a presence in the human world.
